Intro
Cameron's parents are both from Australia, although Judy was born in Papua New Guinea. They met during high school and kept in touch through youth camps in Belgrave Heights. After getting married in 1974(?), they explored missions work overseas, leading to attending BCV beforing heading to the mission field in the Philippines.
The sections below outline where my parents have lived, currently and in the past, and what they have been involved in.
Currently
Cairns, Australia
Mum and dad moved up to Cairns in 2005. Mum has always liked the tropical weather, dad survives by the fan. They came to visit us in CA in July 2006 when Micayla was born.

1988
Dad continued studies at BCV. Leigh and I went to a small school called Plenty Valley Christian School.
1991
Short stay in Australia.
1994 - 2001
Dad worked as a carpenter, mum worked in factory, dad studied, both worked in pastoral roles at DVBC and MBC.
Post 2004
Mum and dad settled back into Melbourne and made plans to move up to Cairns
Philippines
1983 - 1987
Mum and dad worked mostly in Mindanao, initially doing language learning and then church planting in Zamboanga del Norte. We lived in some pretty interesting places during this time, including a coconut/bamboo hut with a grass roof.
1989 - 1991
The second time to the Philippines we moved to Manila, dad and mum worked in a local church helping with discipleship amongst the church leaders.
1992 - 1994
Dad continues working with the local church, but also helps in a small episcopal church and studies at ATS.
2001 - 2004
Entering a totally different ministry, mum and dad were boarding home parents at Faith Academy.
